Quick Start Guide

Open VixFlow — No account or install needed. Open app.html in your browser and you're in.

Set your profile — Click your avatar → Settings → Profile. Add your name, email, and business details.

Add a client — Go to Clients → New Client. Fill in their name, email, and company.

Create a proposal — Go to Proposals → New Proposal. Select your client and fill in the details.

Send or export — Mark it as Sent, or export as PDF to share with your client directly.

Set Up Your Profile

Go to Settings — Click the avatar icon in the top-right corner, then select Settings.

Fill in your info — Add your full name, email, phone number, and business name.

Upload your logo — Go to the Branding tab and upload your logo. It will appear on all proposals and invoices.

Set your currency — In General settings, choose your preferred currency for invoices.

Save and preview — Save your profile. Create a test proposal to see how it looks with your branding.

Using AI Writer

No setup needed — VixFlow AI is included in your plan. No API key, no Anthropic account, no extra cost.

Open AI Writer — Click "AI Writer" in the sidebar. Choose a mode: Proposal, Email, Cold Pitch, Bio, and more.

Describe your project — Enter the client name, project details, budget, and tone. The more detail, the better the output.

Generate — Click Generate. AI produces a full draft in under 60 seconds using your plan's Claude model.

Edit and use — Review the output, make any tweaks, then copy it into your proposal or send directly. Done!
